This is a 1,290 square foot, single family home. Nice block home over a canal, in New Port Richey. This property was built in 2011 and sits on the left side of a double lot, at the very end of a cul-de-sac.

The strategy here is to do minor repairs to the existing home, while we submit permits for a split lot. The house has a new roof. The proceeds from the current dwelling will be slim, but we can either built a new home on the other lot, or sell it fast as a vacant lot. There are no many lots over canals in this area, so both strategies are being considered.
