We look for distressed properties in the Off-Market. We buy those distressed properties at a discount, then we fix them up, and we sell them in the regular market.

We buy distressed properties and flip them in a 6-month term

We purchase distressed Single Family Homes between $100,000 and $500,000 to rehab and sell in the second to the fifth tier of the price ($300,000 to $600,000), where rotation is faster and where most of the First-Time Buyers are.

We have crews developed all over Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina where the strong demand and transactional volume is observed. Our farm regions are the Metros areas of Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Atlanta, Nashville, Fayetteville, Charlotte, and Raleigh.
